About Black Sesame and Paste
This recipe uses Wadaman Organic and Halal range:
- Wadaman black sesame paste, 40g
- Milk, 250ml
- Banana, ½
- Salt, a dash
- Apricot seed powder, 1 tablespoon
- Hot water (over 65°C), 100ml
Wadaman roasted black sesame 2 tablespoon
- Dissolve apricot seed powder in hot water.
- Put ingredients a to f, into a blender until the ingredients become smooth.
- Add one cup of ice to the blender and mix them all.
- Pour to a glass and sprinkle the roasted black sesame.
