Ingredients:
220g Spaghetti
1.5 tbs olive oil
4 clove minced garlic
1 onion
250g Shiitake & bunasjimeji mushrooms
70g tuna flakes
3 tbs unsalted butter
3 tbs MORIBUN Dashi-Shoyu
2 tbs Dried “Kujo” green onion
Black pepper
1/2 cup pasta water
Natto and Furikake for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil water with salt and cook pasta
2️⃣ Slice onion and mushrooms
3️⃣ Heat pan, add olive oil and minced garlic in the pan
4️⃣ Add butter, mushrooms and saute until they’re cooked
5️⃣ Add dashi-shoyu, dried green onion, pasta water and black pepper
6️⃣ Add cooked pasta in the pan
7️⃣ Add tuna and butter before you finish cooking
8️⃣ Adjust seasonings if needed and finish with a sprinkle of furikake, edamame, dried green onion and natto. Serve hot.
