INGREDIENTS
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon sesame paste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons chopped enoki mushroom
- 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
- Beat the egg and
sesame paste in a bowl until blended. Add in the enoki mushroom and spring
onions and mix well. - Heat the unsalted
butter in nonstick pan or skillet over medium-low heat until hot. - Pour the egg mixture
into pan. Mixture should set immediately at edges. - Gently push cooked portion towards the centre of the
pan. Tilt and rotate the pan to allow the uncooked egg flow into empty spaces. - Once the bottom is set, fold other side over and toast
a while. - Slide omelette onto a plate and cut it into slices.
