Enoki & Sesame Omelette

About Sesame Paste

Rich flavor, fragrant taste and
smooth paste.  Sesame contains sesamin, one of

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon sesame paste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons chopped enoki mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions

  1. Beat the egg and
    sesame paste in a bowl until blended. Add in the enoki mushroom and spring
    onions and mix well.
  2. Heat the unsalted
    butter in nonstick pan or skillet over medium-low heat until hot.
  3. Pour the egg mixture
    into pan. Mixture should set immediately at edges.
  4. Gently push cooked portion towards the centre of the
    pan. Tilt and rotate the pan to allow the uncooked egg flow into empty spaces.
  5. Once the bottom is set, fold other side over and toast
    a while.
  6. Slide omelette onto a plate and cut it into slices.
