(Made 2 sticks of hanami dango onigiri)
3 tbsp spoon of rice (white)
3 tbsp of rice + 1 tsp matcha plus 1 tsp water
3 tbsp of rice + 1 tsp beetroot powder plus 1 tsp water
1 Mix 3 tbsp of rice and matcha powder mixture until the rice turns green. Do the same for the pink rice.
2 Using cling wrap, wrap the white plain rice into balls and set aside.
3 Using cling wrap, wrap the green rice into balls and set aside.
4 Using cling wrap, wrap the pink rice into balls and set aside.
5 Using skewer, slide the green riceballs gently first, followed by the white riceballs and pink riceballs.
6 Wrap them in cling wrap and keep on the fridge.
7 Place shiso on the lunchbox and set the Hanami dango onigiri on top.
