$ 22.00

NO Additives! NO Artificial Flavor! Natural Japanese Dashi (Soup Stock). This Dashi Pack contains only Hokkaido Kelp and 4 types of Dried Fish – Dried bonito (Aichi/Kochi) Dried whole bonito (Kagoshima), Dried whole mackerel (Ehime) Dried whole sardine (Ehime).

Brought to you by Certified Sommelier of Sake and Dashi, Mr Momoi of Nagami, President of the Katsubushi (dried whole bonito) wholesale supplier, Nagami. Throughout his educative works as a Dashi Sommelier in every nook and cranny of Japan, he realises that modern people are fed by too much artificial additives from very young childhood, that can lead them into many physical problems later; especially if the basic stock applicable to almost every cooking is artificial, the negative effects become widespread.

This Dashi is developed with the keen need to create truly natural soup for the city residences, especially when mothers can feed their children and families with ease of minds.

    The Dashi tastes really good! It is not salty and does not have strong fish smell. My girl is very particular in taking fish, but she approves this! Haha!!
