About the Ingredients
This recipe combines the use of simple home ingredients with our rich and flavorful organic Golden Sesame Paste, and Ehime Moribun 100% Yuzu Juice.
- 80-100g Iceberg Lettuce (tear the bigger ones into several pieces)
- 1 tablespoon sesame paste
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yuzu juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- To prepare the dressing, combine all of the liquid ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until blended. Adjust the taste if the dressing doesn’t knock your socks off.
- Place the iceberg lettuce in a serving plate and drizzle the dressing. I added carrot and white radish pickles since I have some ready in the fridge. Feel free to add cherry tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, avocados or fusilli if you wish too. Simply sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over before serve.
