About Natural Japanese Honey, dipped Nuts & Fruits
- Rolled oats
- 1tsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp each Ground lindseed, ground sunflower seeds and ground psyllium husk (optional, but good to have for added nutrients )
- Milk (dairy or dairy free)
- Honey with fruit and nuts
- Fill half of the jar of choice with rolled oats.
- Mix in the chia seeds and other ground ingredients.
- Fill the milk until the brim.
- Close the lid and shake.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Scoop a spoon or two of the Honey Fruits and Nuts, place on top and serve!
