About Japan Edamame
Edamame is usually harvested during summer. Nutritional, rich and flavorful and loved by children to adults.
In this recipe we use organic edamame from Akita, Japan, freshly picked, shelled and processed on the same day to guarantee freshness and flavor.
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
- Japanese edamame paste, 120g
- Rice flour, 180g
- Sugar, 70g
- Edd, 3 pc
- Baking powder, 1 tsp
- Milk, 50cc
- Butter, 100g
- Salt, dash
COOKING METHOD
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsius. Place muffin liners in a muffin tin and spray with cook spray.
2. Melt the butter.
3. In a large bowl, mix the butter into the rice flour.
4. Add egg and milk and whisk.
5. Add edamame paste and salt.
6. Once the butter is ready, fill the muffin liners. Optional: you may add cheese or other toppings according to your taste and preference.
7. Bake for about 25 minutes.
8. Ready to be served.
