About Japanese Beet Root Powder (Kumamoto)
Golden Salt – Premium soy-sauce & Garlic version
1 Block firm tofu, cut lengthwise
2 tbsp Tamari
1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp @hinodeshotengai Golden Salt
2 packets Japanese beetroot powder
In a bowl, combine tamari, nutritional yeast, cayenne, black pepper and golden salt.
In another bowl, pour the beetroot powder.
Dip each slice of tofu into the tamari mixture, then coat in the beetroot powder
Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 170degree celcius then remove from oven, flip the tofu and bake for another 10 minutes.
