100g minced prawn
300g minced pork
2 stalk spring onions
1 1/2 tsp lotus roots powder + 2 tbsp water
(We use lotus root powder as it is healthy and replaces starch)
1 Make the meatballs. Combine the ingredients, mix, make the meatball and set aside.
2 Fry the ginger slice, carrot, add the chicken/port stock and prawn stock
3 Bring soup to a boil. Add the meatball.
4 When the meatball is cooked, serve.
(Prawn stock: Boil prawn head, shells and tail into the pot with water. Simmer for an hr).
