King oyster mushrooms
1 tbsp Yuzu miso sauce
1 tbsp water
Cayenne Pepper (for spice)
1 Slice king oyster mushrooms lengthwise and make criss cross lines with knife.
2 Combine Yuzu miso sauce with water and brush on each mushroom slice
3 Sprinkle with chiptole and cayenne black pepper.
4 Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees celcius.
6 Cut seaweed into strips and wrapped around each piece of tofu and set aside.
