Put all ingredients except gold sesame seeds, tobiko and wontoon skin In food processor/chopper then blend till smooth paste like.
Place the gold sesame seeds and tobiko in a separate small saucer and start to wrap the paste into wontoon skin, place a teaspoon of paste in middle of the skin and start to gather the sides of the skin to middle make it look like a cup. Then sprinkle some toppings of tobiko and gold sesame seed in the middle.
Freeze the shumai immediately for keeping.
Heating up: steam in high heat for 5 minutes. Serve it warm.
