Suggested Serving:
Best way of cooking: Put one pack of Dashi into 400ml of water in the pot or bowl. Leave it overnight of 6-8 hours in the refrigerator. Remove the dashi pack, cook as per usual. Faster cooking method: Put one pack of Dashi into 400ml of water in the pot, weak fire. Remove the dashi pack before the water gets boiled. (you may add more dashi pack if you prefer a stronger umami (taste).
