About Japanese Yuzu Miso

INGREDIENT
- For Pesto Soba Noodles:
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add water for desired consistency
- Japanese soba noodles
For Yuzu Miso Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Yuzu Miso
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- warm water to desired consistency
COOKING METHOD
Blend all ingredients together and mix with Japanese soba noodles. Garnish with toasted pine nuts.
Sauce: Mix ingredients in small bowl and drizzle over tofu.
